American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Travel Counselor in Poland to deliver high-touch service to client travelers. You will use Amadeus GDS for international and domestic bookings, creating accurate itineraries and responding to inquiries mainly by email, with some phone support.
The role requires superb German and English communication, 2+ years in corporate travel counseling, and strong MS Office skills. Training will cover policy compliance and group bookings as needed.
