As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Krakow. Together, we work on serving Nexi Nordic Corporate customers.

In this position, you will work on:

• Telephonesupportfor businesscustomersandpartners
• Writtensupportin Email and Chatof businesscustomersandpartners.
• Case management/varyingadministrativetasks.
• Ensuringhighcustomersatisfaction.
• Processandcommunicationassistanceforcolleagues.
• Workin one of thefollowingtopics:
  Invoicing, Terminals or Acquiring.

• Fluency in Finnish (spoken and written)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
