· Pay Range: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Assist the sales team with order support, follow-up tasks, and day-to-day administrative work.
• Greet walk-in customers and help with basic questions or direct them to the right team member.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Help keep customer details, quotes, and order notes organized and accurate.
• Support front-of-house coverage so sales and service stay responsive during busy periods.

• Friendly, professional communication with customers in person and on the phone.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple small tasks throughout the day.
• Basic computer and office skills; willingness to learn internal systems.
• Ability to listen carefully and

• Retail, office, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
