Obowiązki: wielokanałowy support (e-mail, czat Intercom), diagnoza problemów, onboarding, konsultacje online, tworzenie artykułów w Help Center, identyfikowanie leadów dla CSM-ów. Praca hybrydowa, biuro w Gdyni, raz w tygodniu spotkania.
