Snowflake Architect

The organisation is seeking a Snowflake Architect to serve as a Solution Architect within the Information Capability domain and as Data Architect for Credit Risk. The person in this role will translate functional and non‑functional requirements into high‑level solution designs, define detailed solution designs across multiple levels, and provide technical guidance to project teams.

• Translate business and technical requirements (functional and non‑functional) into coherent high‑level and detailed solution architectures.
• Define and document solution designs at all necessary levels of detail, ensuring clarity for implementation teams.
• Provide architectural guidance and oversight to project teams throughout delivery phases.
• Facilitate and refine business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners, Process Owners and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, other architects and project members to ensure alignment and integration of solutions.
• Create, review and maintain architecture artifacts and documentation from both business and technical perspectives.
• Manage processes and artifacts that describe and govern the solution architecture, ensuring they remain current and accessible.

• Extensive experience with Snowflake; a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Proven background in solution architecture and data architecture, preferably within credit risk or financial services contexts.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure and maintainable technical designs.
• Experience producing architecture documentation, design patterns, and governance artifacts.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Hybrid working arrangement with two days per week on site in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia or Łódź.
