Great Lakes Physician Practice (GLPP), part of UPMC’s integrated health system, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Family Medicine Physician to join our established group providing high-quality care in a community-focused setting in Western New York!

• Established Team: Work with seven physicians and two Advanced Practice Providers covering 10K+ patient lives.
• Advanced Practice Provider Support: Dedicated team of APPs assisting in the office.

  Connection to a larger network of specialists and resources in addition to the specialists located in WNY at GLPP with UPMC Hamot providing administrative and business support services to Great Lakes Physician Practice.
• Technology: Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record across the health system.
• Work/Life Balance: The physician will be responsible for outpatient call only creating a sustainable balance between professional goals and personal life.

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion
• American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification
