A leading integrated health system in Western New York is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established primary care practice serving a vibrant community. Position Highlights

• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine position
• Join a collaborative team of:
• 7 physicians
• 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Practice serving 10,000+ patient lives
• Dedicated APP support within the clinic
• Outpatient call only, supporting a balanced schedule
• Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record
• Strong referral network through a large multi-specialty physician network

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 - $280,000+ base salary
• $50,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license
• DEA certification
