A leading integrated health system in Western New York is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN to join a collaborative women's health team in a modern community hospital setting. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established program with strong clinical support, modern facilities, and a collaborative care model.
Physicians will enjoy a balanced practice combining obstetrics and gynecologic surgery, supported by experienced midwives, advanced practice providers, and a dedicated laborist team
Position Highlights

• Full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Bread-and-butter obstetrics and gynecology
• Prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic surgery
• Dedicated OR block time
• DaVinci robotic surgical technology available
• Integrated midwife program with physician collaboration
• Dedicated OR suite located on Labor & Delivery within a modern, state-of-the-art facility
• Approximately 700 births annually, providing strong clinical volume and continuity of care
• Balanced call structure with a first-call system and backup coverage for support

Collaborative Care Team
Join a supportive and experienced care team including:

• 6 OB/GYN physicians
• 6 Advanced Practice Providers
• 2 dedicated laborists

This team-based environment allows physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits

• $390,000 - $406,000+ base salary
• $50,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license
• DEA certification
