A leading integrated health system in Western New York is seeking a Gynecologist (GYN Only) to join a collaborative women's health team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to focus exclusively on gynecologic care and surgery in a supportive, physician-friendly environment with access to advanced robotic technology and strong clinical resources.

This role offers the ability to build a robust surgical practice while maintaining a balanced lifestyle; no obstetrics, no deliveries, and no prenatal care responsibilities.

Position Highlights

• 100% Gynecology practice
• No OB call, deliveries, or prenatal care
• Access to DaVinci robotic surgical technology
• Collaborative team environment with:
  • 6 OB/GYN physicians
  • 6 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 2 dedicated laborists supporting obstetrics
• Opportunity to provide care in regional outpatient clinics while performing surgeries at the primary medical center
• Established patient base and strong referral network

Compensation & Benefits

• $300,000 - $320,000+ base salary
• $50,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license
• DEA certification
