We’re building the future of AI-powered fashion & retail automation. As a Lead Product Manager, your mission is to translate ambitious AI concepts into real, scalable product experiences. You’ll shape the vision and roadmap for systems that generate various outfit form factors, and orchestrate multi-step workflows involving LLMs, multimodal generation (i.e. text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-image, etc.), data pipelines, and human review loops.
You will be the bridge between engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders; ensuring that AI workflows are technically sound, strategically aligned, and optimized for user impact. This is a 0→1 opportunity where you’ll work in an ambiguous space, validate market fit, and iterate rapidly.
What You’ll Do
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Identify where AI can solve real user problems and craft a product vision that aligns with market needs and Stylitics’ goals. Decide how to measure success and handle uncertainty in model performance.
- Engage with Clients and Shoppers: You will be interacting directly with senior executives at the worlds largest brands and retailers to pitch new products, explain operational details and answer tough questions that could range from technical to creative to legal. You will also be expected to build empathy for shopper behavior and UX patterns.
- Own the Roadmap & Execution: Prioritize features, write clear product requirements, and drive delivery of AI products (image generation, video generation, attribution, etc.). Coordinate complex processes to balance speed, quality, and cost.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Act as the translator between data scientists, engineers, designers, and business leaders. Ensure everyone understands technical constraints and business outcomes, and facilitate decisions around trade-offs (accuracy vs. cost, automation vs. human review).
- Ensure Data & Model Integrity: Work with engineering to define QA rubrics and metrics to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and deliver inclusive, photorealistic results.
- Prototype & Iterate Quickly: Build scrappy MVPs, run A/B tests, and refine prompt engineering and context management for LLM integrations. Accept throwaway work to learn how to scale and improve.
- Drive Go-to-Market Plans: Collaborate with marketing and sales to position the product, test pricing hypotheses, and craft a GTM strategy. Define value metrics like conversion lift, PDP engagement, and time-to-asset to anchor pricing models.
- Measure & Learn: Define key performance indicators and monitor system behavior over time. Implement dashboards that track adoption, throughput, quality, and margin. Apply probabilistic thinking to handle the inherent uncertainty of AI systems
