Do you have a passion for education and supporting young people to achieve their potential? We are seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this rewarding role you will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of high‑quality teaching and learning, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment and providing specific support to individual pupils as required.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. They will demonstrate a caring and supportive approach to working with students, using strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, and contributing effectively as part of the wider school community.
Qualifications and RequirementsProof of identity and qualifications. Subject to reference checks, an enhanced police background check and other safeguarding checks relevant to the role.
