Overview
In Sarens Academy in Sochaczew you will deliver GWO BST trainings that truly raise safety in the wind industry. You will use your instructor experience, ensure quality and prepare participants for challenging conditions. Our supportive environment offers opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities- Conduct GWO BST trainings:
Working at Heights, Manual Handling, First Aid, Fire Awareness, aligned with your experience and development goals. - Deliver sessions in accordance with Global Wind Organisation standards and Sarens Academy procedures.
- Assess trainee competencies following the applicable standard.
- Minimum 100 hours documented experience leading trainings.
- Experience delivering GWO trainings.
- Certificates in rescue, work at height, fire prevention (PPOŻ) or crane operations.
- Practical experience on wind farms.
- English language proficiency enabling training delivery.
- Pedagogical qualifications or completed IQT course.
