A person who meets the conditions specified in the Act of 20 July 2018, the Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and § 64 of the Statute of Akademia Tarnowska (UAS) may apply for the position of assistant professor (f/m) in the group of teaching staff.

A candidate for the position of assistant professor (m/f) in the teaching staff is required to:

• hold a doctoral degree in pedagogy (education);
• have professional experience in the field of special education;
• have at least 10 years of practical experience as an academic teacher conducting classes (lectures, classes) in the following subjects: general pedagogy/education, special education, social education, general didactics, pedeutology, psychopedagogy, bachelor's and master's seminars in the field of pedagogy/education and special education.
• have professional experience as a special education teacher at various levels of education;
• upon hiring, preference will be given to those who declare AT as their primary place of employment.
• be fluent in Polish

II.

Scientific discipline: pedagogy/education

The salary for an assistant professor position will be no less than 73% of the minimum monthly base salary for a professor at a public university, which is calculated from PLN 9,650 gross.

The employee is entitled to a seniority allowance, depending on the length of service, ranging from 3% to 20% of the base salary, as well as variable remuneration components specified in the Remuneration Regulations for AT Employees ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). ).
