A person who meets the conditions specified in the Act of 20 July 2018, the Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and § 64 of the Statute of Akademia Tarnowska (UAS) may apply for the position of senior lecturer (f/m) in the group of teaching staff.

A candidate for the position of senior lecturer (m/f) in the teaching staff is required to:

• hold a professional master's degree in psychology;
• have at least 10 years of teaching experience at a university;
• have experience in conducting classes in the following subjects: research methodology, psychometrics, and statistics;
• have published at least five English-language articles in JCR-listed journals, including at least two as the first author;
• have managerial/executive experience in implementing NCN grants;
• have experience in implementing advanced statistical analyses in the discipline of psychology (structural equation analysis, CFA, EFA, k-MANOVA, MANCOVA, non-parametric analyses);
• have experience in creating measurement tools;
• have skills in applying "open" solutions in statistical calculations, e.g. R language, JASP.
• have practical experience as a psychologist;
• have work experience as a psychologist in the neuropsychological area;
• have experience in research using psycho-physiological equipment, e.g. eye tracker, EEG;
• be fluent in Polish.

The salary for a senior lecturer position will be no less than 50% of the minimum monthly base salary for a professor at a public university, which is calculated from PLN 9,650 gross.

The employee is entitled to a seniority allowance, depending on the length of service, ranging from 3% to 20% of the base salary, as well as variable remuneration components specified in the Remuneration Regulations for AT Employees ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). ).
