Responsibilieties:

• Responsibility for the substantive level of scientific research and publications
• Responsibility for the quality of education and compliance with the study program
• Responsibility for timely completion of course of study documentation (USOS)
• Compliance with work regulations, health and safety rules and researcher ethics
• Conducting scientific research and development work
• Obtaining funds for research by applying for grants (NCN, NC , Horizon Europe)
• Publishing research results in reputable scientific journals (scored) and monographs
• Development of the discipline by reporting new research areas
• Conducting teaching activities (lectures, classes, seminars, conversation classes) in the amount determined by the Senate of the University of Opole (teaching load) for full-time and part-time studies
• Preparation and updating of syllabi and teaching materials, including e-learning
• Conducting consultations for students, as well as exams and tests (including resit tests)
• Improving teaching qualifications and ensuring high quality of education
