• 1. Completing tasks relating to student education;
• 2. readiness to deliver classes in a foreign language;
• 3. leading the work of research teams;
• 4. leading and participating in scientific and research projects, including those funded from external sources;
• 5. publishing research findings in academic monographs and in national and international journals in Polish and foreign languages;
• 7. actively participating in the organisational life of the academic community, including organisational activities for the benefit of the Institute;
• 8. carrying out tasks and fulfilling duties assigned by superiors.

Skills/Qualifications

• 1. Holding the academic title of professor in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of economics and finance;
• 2. a documented record of significant academic achievement in the economic sciences, in the form of academic publications in reputable journals and publications;
• 3. active participation in national and international academic life (presentations at national and international conferences; stays/scholarships/study visits/placements at foreign universities and/or institutions, awards, honours, membership of academic associations and societies);
• 4. experience in teaching courses at higher education institutions in the field of economic sciences and experience in organisational activities at a higher education institution,
• 5. experience in acting as a supervisor or co-supervisor in doctoral programmes or as a reviewer in doctoral and post-doctoral qualification procedures;
• 6. experience as a supervisor or examiner of Master’s theses;
• 7. experience on the Organising and Scientific Committees of national and international academic conferences and seminars;
• 8. leading collaborative research projects or research programmes;
  9. fluent command of the Polish language, both spoken and written.
