A person who meets the conditions specified in the Act of 20 July 2018, the Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and § 64 of the Statute of Akademia Tarnowska (UAS) may apply for the position of lecturer (f/m) in the group of teaching staff.

A candidate for the position of lecturer (m/f) in the teaching staff is required to:

hold at least a doctoral degree in the discipline of fine arts and art conservation;

have teaching experience in teaching artistic subjects at a university;

have the competencies necessary to conduct design classes in the following subjects:
Studio Drawing (1st year), Selected Art Studio Drawing (2nd and 3rd years);

be fluent in Polish;

upon hiring, preference will be given to those who declare AT as their primary place of employment.

II.
Candidates should submit the following documents:

Scientific discipline: fine arts and art conservation

The salary for a lecturer position will be no less than 50% of the minimum monthly base salary for a professor at a public university, which is calculated from PLN 9,650 gross.

The employee is entitled to a seniority allowance, depending on the length of service, ranging from 3% to 20% of the base salary, as well as variable remuneration components specified in the Remuneration Regulations for AT Employees ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). ).

IV.Place and deadline for submitting documents:

The expected date of the settlement of the contest is 11th September, 2026.

The decision will be announced immediately after the contest has been settled on the BIP website of Akademia Tarnowska/University of Applied Sciences in Tarnów and Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
