The assistant position is offered in the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics on a full-time basis.

The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions set out in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on higher education and science (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668) and the following qualification criteria:

• holding a master's degree in law or a PhD in juridical sciences
• full availability, including for domestic and international business travel
• fluent Polish
• very good command of English, including legal English
• research interests in criminal procedure, documented in particular by academic publications, and a desire to develop academic interests in this area.

Additional requirements:

• research achievements in the field of criminal law aspects of new technologies will be an additional asset
• good knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Spanish will be an additional asset
• experience in organizing conferences and other academic events will be an additional asset.
