TEACHING INSTRUCTOR (F/M)

IN THE GROUP OF TEACHING STAFF
IN THE
CENTRE FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORT

Applicants must meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science, the Statute of Czestochowa University of Technology, and the specific criteria established by the selection committee of the relevant unit.

Eligibility criteria:

• Availability for full-time employment at Czestochowa University of Technology as the primary place of employment for a period of at least one year.
• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physical Education.
• Holding qualifications as an instructor and/or coach in racket sports.
• Teaching experience is considered an asset, including the delivery of academic courses and other forms of instruction in the field of physical education.
• Organizational achievements related to the planning, coordination, or management of sporting events are considered an asset.
• Good command of the Polish language - applies to international candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting teaching activities in accordance with the teaching workload assigned to the position.
• Supervising students and safeguarding the University's property during teaching activities.
• Maintaining and completing, in a timely manner, all documentation (both paper-based and electronic) related to the teaching process at the Centre for Physical Education and Sport of Częstochowa University of Technology.
• Active participation in the preparation and delivery of sports and promotional events organized by the Centre for Physical Education and Sport of Częstochowa University of Technology, including events held on weekends.
• Conducting additional activities for the University Community, including coaching university sports teams and delivering recreational physical activity classes for University employees.
• Performing other duties specified in the Organizational Regulations of Częstochowa University of Technology, with particular emphasis on the continuous development of professional competencies in the field of physical education and sport .
• Carrying out instructions issued by the Head of the Centre, or, in the Head's absence, by the Deputy Head, as necessary to ensure the effective operation of the Centre.
• Knowledge of regulations and internal legal acts in force at Czestochowa University of Technology and compliance with their provisions.

• Seniority allowance depending on years of service, i.e., from 3% to 20% of the basic salary.
