We are seeking a candidate who will develop ambitious research in the discipline of physical sciences and actively participate in the teaching and organizational activities of the Faculty. The candidate is expected to demonstrate scientific independence, strong motivation, openness to collaboration, and readiness to conduct research at an international level.

Employment at the Faculty of Physics and Astronomy, Adam Mickiewicz University, offers the opportunity to work in an active academic environment that supports scientific development, research collaboration, project acquisition, and the improvement of teaching competencies. The duties of the successful candidate will include conducting scientific research, publishing research findings, participating in the Faculty's organizational life, and teaching. The annual teaching load is 210 hours.

Type of employment contract and expected duration of employment: The initial employment contract will be for a fixed term of 2 years, with the possibility of a permanent contract following a positive evaluation.
