Skills/Qualifications
Knowledge of topics and research issues in the area of electrical engineering, analogue electronics, digital electronics, electrical machines, power quality, power electronics, electrical apparatus.
Specific Requirements
- fulfilment of the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended);
- Master of Science in Engineering (M.Sc. Eng.) degree in one of the following disciplines: electronics, electrical engineering, power engineering, computer science, mechatronics, automation and control engineering, or a related field;
- very good knowledge of electrical engineering and power engineering;
- aptitude for teaching, particularly in conducting tutorial classes and laboratory sessions; previous teaching experience will be considered an advantage;
- practical skills in performing simulation analyses using MATLAB & Simulink (or a similar software environment);
- strong analytical thinking skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and flexibility regarding working hours (including the possibility of teaching on Saturdays and Sundays in part-time study programmes);
- ability to teach in both Polish and English; proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level is required.

Competition application should include:
- application for employment addressed to the Rector of the Military University of Technology (WAT);
- Curriculum Vitae (CV), including information on research interests, scientific, teaching, and organizational achievements;
- copies of degree diplomas and other documents confirming qualifications;

- a declaration confirming no conviction by a final court judgment for an intentional criminal offence;

- a declaration indicating whether the Military University of Technology (WAT) will be the primary or additional place of employment.

This recruitment process is the first stage of the recruitment procedure defined in the Military University of Technology statutes concerning employment of university lecturers. The positive evaluation of the candidate resulting from this process is the bases for further recruitment procedures.
The final decision on employment of the candidate is taken by Rector of the Military University of Technology.
