Candidates applying for the position should hold a PhD in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences, have professional experience related to the aforementioned discipline, experience in teaching, and a professional record related to the above-mentioned field. Candidates should demonstrate aptitude for both teaching and research.
The competition is open to candidates who meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science and the Statute of the Prof. Edward
F. Szczepanik State Vocational University in Suwałki.
- 1. Requirements
- Holding a PhD in the field of Management and Quality Sciences.
- Academic and teaching achievements in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences
- Experience in academic teaching.
- Professional experience related to the above-mentioned discipline.
2. Required Documents
- An application for employment addressed to the Rector of the Prof. Edward
F. Szczepanik State Vocational University in Suwałki. - A curriculum vitae (CV) including detailed information on previous employment, together with the following consent to the processing of personal data:

4) Copies of documents confirming education and professional qualifications.
If the professional title, academic degree, or academic title was obtained abroad, copies of the relevant documents together with a certified Polish translation prepared by a sworn translator must be submitted.
5) A list of publications.
6) Documents confirming professional experience gained outside higher education institution in the fields and disciplines specified in Section 1.
7) A declaration confirming compliance with the requirements set out in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (form attached).
