Candidates meeting the following criteria can enter the competition:
- professional title:
Master's degree in medical laboratory diagnostics at the time of employment - candidates who submitted a statement that employment with the Wroclaw Medical University will be their primary workplace within the meaning of the Act
- meeting the requirements of the art. 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668)
- license to practice as amedical laboratory scientist/clinical laboratory scientist/biomedical scientist or confirmation of submission of an application to the National Chamber of Laboratory Diagnosticians (KIDL) by the date of employment commencement English language sufficient to conduct scientific research and prepare scientific articles in English
- specialization in one of the fields of specialization provided for laboratory diagnosticians, or student in the final yearof one of the above-mentioned fields of study
Candidates entering the competition shall submit the following documents:
- documents confirming meeting of the above recruitment criteria
- certificate on the average grade obtained during studies (applies to the position of an assistant, lecturer, academic teacher and an instructor),
- list of scientific publications with information on the score endorsed by the Main Library of Wroclaw Medical University
- summary of scientific achievements and experience in academic teaching (if applicable)
- any authenticated documentation (certificates, diplomas, etc) related to the WMU recruitment scoring criteria
- copies of previous and present employment certificates, certificate confirming graduate (PhD level, doctoral) studies
- statements specified in the recruitment regulations.

Deadline for submitting documents: 30 /calendar/ days from the date of publication i.e. until:
September 04st 2026, by 2:00 pm (Warsaw time)
Failure to submit a complete set of documents within the deadline will be the basis for the rejection of the candidacy of the person concerned without a request to complete the documentation.
The competition shall be resolved no later than 4 months from its announcement.
