- conducting classes (workshops and seminars) in full-time and part-time study programs according to the schedule (conducting classes on specific weekdays and selected weekends)
- performing tasks related to teaching, including creating syllabi, checking assignments, issuing grades, and archiving student works, holding meetings with students in the form of consultations/office hours, participating in the graduation process at the Bachelor's degree level
- continuous improvement of teaching skills through participation in internal training courses (at the Faculty and University level) and external training courses
- conducting scientific research and preparing scientific publications within a research team
- initiating projects of an applied nature, including implementation projects
- publishing research results in scored journals with an established impact factor and in monographs, within the two-year period specified by the current resolution of the Institute Scientific Council
- popularizing academic research results among students, referring to research results during teaching
- involvement in administrative work at the Faculty and University (including participation in university collegial bodies, advisory bodies, committees, faculty meetings, etc.)
- contributing to the integration of the student community by supporting the activities of student research clubs and student organizations
- supporting activities aimed at maintaining good relations with graduates
- supporting the University's marketing activities and building relationships with the socio-economic environment
- holding a master's degree in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of management and quality sciences
- experience conducting lectures, classes, workshops, or diploma seminars at a higher education institution, or experience delivering professional courses, workshops, and training sessions
- high teaching and methodological skills
- ability to create original class curricula and innovative teaching materials
- documents confirming the completion of courses or other forms of education aimed at enhancing teaching qualifications
- experience in active participation in international academic conferences
- a scientific record confirmed by publications in peer-reviewed journals with an impact factor
- English proficiency for the purpose of conducting classes (and/or consultations)
- fluency in Polish language
- strong computer literacy and readiness to learn new software tools
- readiness to conduct classes on weekends
- commitment to submit a declaration confirming SWPS University as the primary place of employment
Preferred qualifications:
- certificates confirming teaching qualifications
