The Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Energy at Lublin University of Technology announces an OPEN COMPETITION for the position of assistant professor in the research and teaching staff group at the Department of Indoor and Outdoor Air Quality.

Requirements for candidates:

• a doctoral degree in the field of exact and natural sciences, in the discipline of physical sciences;
• a track record of scientific research, as evidenced by publications on physical phenomena related to radioactivity, the magnetic properties of materials, nuclear methods, and other topics;
• fluency in Polish, both spoken and written (for foreigners, confirmed by an appropriate certificate);
• good command of English;
• teaching qualifications confirmed by a certificate;
• inclination for scientific, teaching, and organizational work;
• commitment and availability at Lublin University of Technology as the primary workplace;
• positive outcome of the interview.

Preferred skills:

• experience in teaching at a university;
• practical experience in radiology;
• knowledge of nuclear safety;
• ability to adapt to changing requirement;
• good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
