The competition is open to persons who meet the requirements set out in Articles 113 and 116 section 2 of the Act of 20 July 2018, the Law on Higher Education and Science, and the following eligibility criteria:
- possession of an doctoral degree in the field of the discipline of Theology
- possession of teaching experience at the higher education level for at least 5 years
- experience in scientific work, in particular in publishing research results in the form of publications in publishing houses and journals included in the lists conducted for the purpose of evaluating the quality of scientific activity - at least: an article in a journal from the list at the level of at least 100 points or two articles in journals from the list, one of which at the level of at least 70 points or authorship of a scientific monograph (in the two years preceding the announcement of the competition) ;
- knowledge of a foreign language attested by a certificate or attestation at the B-2 level

Skills/Qualifications

- knowledge of a foreign language attested by a certificate or attestation at the B-2 level
- possession a post-doctoral academic degree
- a completed Master's degree in the field of theology
- a completed Bachelor’s degree in German studies
- research interests in the theology of spirituality and ecumenism
- confirmed participation in scientific conferences and in organising committees
- organisational experience of active participation in scientific life
- participation in grant work or applications for external research project
- in the case of candidates who are academic teachers, current result of periodic evaluation
- Languages ENGLISH Level Good
- Languages POLISH Level Excellent

Candidates entering the competition are asked to submit the following documents:

Selection process
The first stage of the competition procedure is formal verification of the submitted documents. Offers that pass formal verification are subject to substantive evaluation, during which an interview may be conducted (directly or via electronic communication channels), after prior arrangement of the date with the Candidate.
