Skills/Qualifications

Conducting teaching activities in the degree program(s) offered by the Faculty of Physical Education and Health in both full-time studies.

Participation in the organizational and administrative work of the faculty.

Participation of independent research prject.

Publishing scientific papers.

Specific Requirements

• A Master's degree in Physical Education.
• A record of scientific publications or documented research activity in the field of physical culture sciences or related disciplines.
• Valid instructor or coaching qualifications in athletics (track and field).
• Documented coaching or competitive experience in athletics.
• Documented professional experience gained outside the university as an athletics coach or strength and conditioning coach.
• Experience in teaching at a higher education institution, particularly in athletics, sports training, or strength and conditioning.
• Willingness to engage in organizational and publication-related activities appropriate to the position of Teaching Assistant, in accordance with the University's policies and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Proficiency in the Polish language sufficient to conduct university-level teaching.
• Willingness to accept employment at the Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in Warsaw, Faculty of Physical Education and Health in Biała Podlaska, as the primary place of employment.
