• A very good or good final grade obtained in a Master's degree programme.
• Excellent command of the Polish language.
• Communicative proficiency in English, sufficient to conduct teaching classes in Englis

Specific Requirements

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Proficiency in IT tools relevant to research and teaching activities.
• A degree in economics or a related field (Finance and Accounting, Economics).
• Authorship of scientific publications, preferably in the field of finance.
• Presentations delivered at academic conferences.
• Active involvement in student scientific associations.
