Candidates applying for the aforementioned position must meet the requirements set forth in Article 113 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1668), the University Statute (Appendices 1 and
6), and Resolution No. 51–2017/2018 of the SGGW Senate dated 28 May 2018 regarding amendments to the Statute of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).
We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
- Holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics or Computer Science.
- Is fluent in Polish (at a minimum C1 level).
- Has a command of English sufficient to write publications and deliver presentations.
- Possesses teamwork skills and the ability to organize work time flexibly.
The candidate’s duties will include conducting research and teaching courses—primarily in the field of computer science—within the study programs offered at SGGW.

Specific Requirements
Candidates are required to submit the following documents:
- An application for the aforementioned position, addressed to the Rector of SGGW.
- A copy of the doctoral or master’s degree diploma, or another document confirming the possession of such a degree.
- A CV detailing professional experience and skills related to teaching computer science courses, including a list of published works (as well as works accepted for publication, for which a confirmation from the editorial office is required).
- A statement confirming compliance with the requirements set forth in Article 113 of the Act on Higher Education (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668).
Employment is conditional upon the submission of a declaration stating that SGGW will serve as the primary place of employment.
Meeting the requirements described above does not guarantee employment. Hiring depends on the candidate’s alignment with the Institute’s research policy.
