• assistant professor (in the research and teaching group), m/f
• discipline: medical sciences
• at the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences (Institute of Health Sciences).

Research Field Medical sciences » Medicine Education Level PhD or equivalent

Skills/Qualifications

Candidates applying for the above position should meet the requirements set forth in Article 20(1) points 1-3 and Article 113 points 1 and 2 of the Law of July 20, 2018 - Law of Higher Education and Sciences and:

• hold a doctoral degree (PhD) in the field of medical sciences ;
• hold a licence to practice as a doctor;
• have sufficient knowledge of Polish to conduct academic classes with students.

Specific Requirements

An additional advantage will be:

• experience of teaching medical students;
• have academic interests (authoring or co-authoring academic publications and participating in research projects);
• be qualified to apply theoretical knowledge and practical methods when working with patients.

The competition committee reserves the right to interview in person with the candidates.

The competition is expected to be resolved by 26 August, 2026.

Planned employment as of October 1, 2026

On the basis of 92 paragraph of the Statute of Siedlce University, the Rector reserves the right to withdraw from the settlement of the competition for important reasons.
