- conducting tutorials and laboratory classes-and, in the future, lectures-in English and/or Polish in selected subjects related to management, knowledge management, business process management, process simulation modeling, sustainable development, and CSR
- collaborating with the entire team on research topics defined by the Department of Management in the fields of management and sustainable development.
- participation in organisational work for the benefit of the department and the faculty, including the organisation of scientific conferences
- preparing publications
- applying tor research funding and acquisition of grants

RequirementsSkills/Qualifications
- master's degree in management science and/or management and quality science
- fluency in Polish, both spoken and written, sufficient to conduct classes in that language (in the case of foreigners, documented, for example, by a certificate or diploma of completion of studies conducted in Polish)
- experience in teaching at a higher education institution
- business experience related to work in companies/organizations other than the university (min. 5 years)
- research track record in the field of management, evidenced by publications in journals and conference materials indexed in Scopus and/or Web of Science
- documented participation in international academic conferences
- documented participation in research grant projects (from domestic or foreign sources, e.g. National Science Centre)
- knowledge of management-related issues
- fluency in spoken and written English, documented (e.g., by a certificate or a degree obtained from a program taught in English)
- ability to use IT and statistical tools in teaching and research
- high ratings for teaching activities, confirmed by student surveys
- ability to use the iGrafx program
