Skills/Qualifications

The competition is open to persons who meet the requirements set forth in Article 113 of the Law of July 20, 2018. Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and meet the following criteria:

• Completed higher education with an M.A., M.Sc. or equivalent degree;
• Documented artistic or design activity;
• A minimum of 2 written recommendations from representatives of the world of art and culture;
• Knowledge of a foreign language at min B2 level. Active knowledge of the Polish language, in the case of foreigners.
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the field of artistic ceramics, particularly in working with small-scale ceramic forms.
• Documented experience in working with porcelain at a level sufficient to conduct educational courses in this area.
• Ability to prepare porcelain bodies with the addition of cellulose, as well as knowledge of various graphic techniques used in ceramics and their practical application.

• copies of other documents confirming qualifications, internship and skills necessary for the position covered by the competition, documents issued in a foreign language should be translated into Polish.
