within the group of: research and teaching staff
in the Department of Complex Systems
at the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering
- REMUNERATION:
- basic salary
: 6215. PLN/month, - seniority allowance (granted at 1% of the basic salary for each year of employment. The allowance is paid monthly starting from the fourth year of employment; however, it may not exceed 20% of the basic salary),
- jubilee award for long service
, - additional annual remuneration (the so-called “13th salary”),
- Rector’s award (employees may receive this for professional achievements, in an amount determined by the Rector),
- the employee and other eligible persons are entitled to benefits from the Social Benefits Fund (depending on income per family member, in accordance with the Fund Regulations and current plan, including: employee benefits such as individual tourist/holiday leave allowances, autumn-winter benefit; benefits for employees’ children, including individual holidays for children and school starter kits for children aged 1–18).
- DESCRIPTION (scope, expectations, remarks):
The candidate should: have predispositions and experience in working with students in the field of computer science, demonstrate experience in conducting training in this or a related field; have documented completion of at least one task in a research project carried out at the university or in cooperation with an external company; have completed at least one month of research, teaching, or student internship at a university, enterprise, or public administration unit;
be active in a Science Club (confirmed by a certificate from the Science Club supervisor); and actively participate in the organization of educational and promotional events held at the University.
Candidates for the above position should:
- hold a professional Master of Science (MSc) degree in engineering and technology in the discipline of technical computer science and telecommunications or automation, electronics, electrical engineering, and space technologies;
- have documented scientific achievements, authoring or co-authoring at least one publication in a journal on the ministerial list, or have other documented scientific achievements ,
- meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1571, as amended) and in the Statute of the Rzeszów University of Technology of 27 June 2019 (consolidated text of 20 March 2025),
- knowledge of English language at good
- knowledge of Polish language at native
Scope of duties:
- In accordance with Article 115 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1571, as amended) and the Work Regulations of the Rzeszów University of Technology introduced by Rector’s Ordinance No. 40/2019 of 16 September 2019, as amended.
