Definition of the requirements for candidates:

1. Master's degree or equivalent; preference for a degree in Physical Education or Sport

2. Documented additional specialized qualifications and professional certifications

3. Professional experience directly related to the University’s activities—specifically in physical education and sport - including conducting sports classes (e.g., strength/resistance training, functional training)

4. Readiness to conduct classes for students in Polish, including strength training, functional training, and suspension training (TRX)

5. Publication of at least one original authored paper in a journal with an Impact Factor, OR submission of documentation confirming the award of a research grant via a competitive process, OR submission of documentation confirming acceptance for a foreign research internship lasting at least three months

6. Ability to conduct research in the fields of medical and health sciences (specifically the discipline of physical culture sciences), with a particular focus on physical activity
