- Doctoral degree in the field of engineering and technical sciences, in the discipline of technical informatics and telecommunications.
- Readiness to conduct research and teaching activities, as well as to participate in organizational work for the University.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and computer networks.
- At least 4 years of teaching experience or a recognized professional track record in the relevant specialization.
- A very good command of spoken and written Polish, sufficient to enable the candidate to teach.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, sufficient to enable the delivery of lessons.
- Availability 5 days weeks.
- Readiness to conduct classes in the seat of Bialska Academy in a stationary and non-stationary form.

- The competition results do not constitute employment for the candidate, but rather constitute a recommendation to the Rector. The final decision regarding employment rests with the Rector.
