Criteria:

• a master’s degree in management, finance, economics, economic analysis or a related field
• aptitude for research and teaching confirmed by a reference from an independent research and teaching staff member
• at least one year’s teaching experience in the field of management and quality sciences is desirable
• research output, including publications in the field of management and quality sciences, is desirable
• practical knowledge of computer software useful for developing teaching materials
• analytical skills and excellent organisation of one’s own work and that of a team
