• Conducting teaching activities (tutorials, seminars, and discussion groups) within the time limits established by the University Senate (hours) for full-time and part-time studies.
• Preparing and updating syllabi and teaching materials, including e-learning.
• Providing consultations for students, as well as conducting exams and assessments (including resit exams).
• Improving teaching qualifications and ensuring high quality of education.

2. ORGANIZATIONAL ACTIVITIES

• Participating in the work of collegial bodies, faculty committees, and the Rector's Office (e.g., recruitment committees).
• Supervising student research groups or coordinating internships.
• Promotional activities for the Institute of Health Sciences and the University of Opole.
• Collaborating with the socio-economic community and external institutions.
• Carrying out official instructions from the Institute Director and Faculty authorities.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsibility for the quality of education and compliance with the study program.
• Responsibility for the timely completion of study documentation (USOS).
• Compliance with work regulations, occupational health and safety rules, and the ethics of research staff.
• Care for the property and reputation of the University of Opole.

Skills/Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing,
• specialization in anesthesiology and intensive care nursing,
• at least 10 years of professional experience,
• at least 1 year of of teaching experience

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• completed specialist course in performing and interpreting ECG recordings in adults,
• completed specialist course in cardiopulmonary resuscitation,
• at least 1 year of work experience in a Medical Simulation Center
