DESCRIPTION (topic, expectations, comments):
The competition is open to individuals who meet the requirements specified in the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1571, as amended) and in accordance with the applicable Statute of the University of Kalisz. I. Requirements for candidates (statutory and statutory requirements that must be met by the candidate):
1. Academic title/degree/professional title:
Master's degree in nursing;
license to practice as a nurse;
specialist title in long-term care nursing, anesthesiology, and intensive care.

2. Documented academic achievements in the field or discipline of science to which the candidate's primary academic achievements are to be attributed (does not apply to teaching positions):

• not applicable.

3. Specification of the candidate's required teaching or professional experience (does not apply to research positions):

• experience in independently conducting teaching for a period of no less than three years;
• a qualifying course in family nursing and at least 5 years of professional experience will be an additional advantage.

4. Employment will be based on a fixed-term employment contract and full-time - 360 hours of annual teaching load (in the case of employment after the beginning of the academic year, the teaching load is determined as 1/30 of the annual teaching load specified for the given position for each week during which classes are conducted at the university).

5. The University of Kalisz will be the candidate's primary place of work, within the meaning of the Act, after employment.
6. There is a possibility of an interview.

III. Applications should be submitted to the Human Resources Department, 62-800 Kalisz, Plac W. Bogusławskiego 2, room B102.
The deadline for submitting documents is August 17, 2026, by 12:00 PM.

IV. Information on the competition results and the justification will be published no later than 14 days after the deadline for submitting applications on the University's website.

The University does not provide housing, but does provide accommodation in its own hotel facilities.
The University reserves the right to reject the competition without providing a reason.
The competition result does not constitute employment, but rather serves as a recommendation to the Rector in this regard. The final decision on employment is made by the Rector.
