Offer Description
  • conducting research under the project:  Artificial intelligence enabled design oriented inverse modeling of antenna and microwave structures with domain confinement
  • development of optimization algorithms and numerical modeling procedures
  • development of simulation models using commercial packages (CST, ADS, HFSS, etc.)
  • writing technical reports and publishing scientific papers
Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

  • PhD degree in electrical engineering or similar field, obtained in the year of employment in the project or within 12 years prior to January 1st of the year of employment in the project (requirement of the funding agency)
  • working knowledge of high frequency design including antenna and/or microwave engineering
  • programming skills and working knowledge of Matlab programming environment
  • knowledge of mathematical modelling, machine learning and artificial intelligence methods
  • knowledge of optimization techniques, including surrogate assisted methods
  • english language skills (B2 level)
