The Institute of International Relations and Public Policy is seeking an individual with at least a doctoral degree in the social sciences, either in the discipline of political and administrative studies or management and quality studies or pedagogy or sociology. They must possess a predisposition for research and demonstrate a track record of building social impact and organizational activity (including the development of new fields of study) and expert expertise.

The selected candidate for the position of assistant professor will be responsible for conducting research in the discipline of political and administrative studies, including securing research funding and publishing research results in journals relevant to the discipline of political and administrative studies and/or in the form of monographs and other peer-reviewed publications. In addition, the individual will be responsible for teaching 240 hours per year.

Classes will be taught within the framework of programs offered at the Institute of International Relations and Public Policy, as well as in other fields, as needed by the respective fields of study. The employee's duties will also include active participation in the organizational activities of the unit, including participation in the creation of new fields of study and involvement in the work of education quality teams.

• Ability to conduct classes in the format appropriate to the curriculum of the International Relations program.

• Availability
• Willingness to actively participate in the organizational activities of the unit (including involvement in student recruitment, creating new fields of study, modifying existing ones, and performing other tasks assigned by the head of the unit).
• Willingness to teach for at least 240 hours per year within the programs offered at the Institute of International Relations and Public Policy and in other programs, depending on the needs of the fields of study.
• Appropriate scientific achievements, including a declaration of publishing research results in journals within the discipline of political science and administration, in the form of monographs and other peer-reviewed publications, and a declaration of affiliation with the Institute of International Relations and Public Policy.
• Documented organizational activity in the dissemination of scientific research results.
• Documented organizational activity in the development of new study programs.
• Documented ability to lead and supervise research teams (at least one year of experience in this field for candidates from the discipline of political science and administration, or at least three years of experience in this field for candidates from the disciplines of management and quality science/ pedagogy(education)/sociology).
• Documented expert activity.
