Candidates applying for the position of senior lecturer are expected to have:

• completed a uniform Master’s degree program in Psychology;
• pedagogical training;
• at least 10 years of professional experience in providing psychological assistance, conducting crisis interventions, and performing psychological diagnoses, with particular emphasis on the areas of rehabilitation (resocialization) and therapy;
• at least 10 years of professional experience in rehabilitation work, encompassing diagnostic, educational, and preventive activities, as well as support for the process of social reintegration;
• experience in conducting classes in higher education, evidenced by teaching students;
• additional qualifications confirmed by the completion of postgraduate studies or training courses relevant to the profile of the senior lecturer position;
• experience working with justice system institutions, uniformed services, and rehabilitation or support facilities.
