Youth Development Educator

PT: 4-H Youth Development Educator, Jamestown.

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chautauqua County has an opening for a 4-H Youth Development Educator working from the Jamestown office. The 4-H Educator will serve as a member of the 4-H Youth Development team to assist with implementation and evaluation of the 4-H Youth Development educational programs and activities. The educator will coordinate and deliver established curriculum with the aim of fostering awareness, understanding, and appreciation of how we produce food and fiber, what we eat, and how we live by helping teachers, students, and their communities learn about and engage with agriculture, the natural environment, and food systems.

A bachelors degree is preferred but an associate degree with 2 years related experience may substitute for consideration for this part-time position.
