Location: Town of Poland
** Join the Aero team and support the processes of maintaining the operational readiness of aviation components in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards.
Your role will involve performing maintenance and repair tasks within an organization approved under EASA Part-145.*
* ** Responsibilities:
** Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements (AS9100, EASA Part-145). Attending training sessions and improving qualifications in new technologies.
** Requirements:
** Technical education (mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields). Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or MRO (aviation preferred). Familiarity with technical documentation, engineering drawings, and schematics. Manual skills, precision, and attention to detail – ability to detect minor inconsistencies or defects in parts, equipment, or production processes to prevent non-compliant products from being released. Ability to work in accordance with regulatory procedures (e.g., EASA Part-145).
Proficiency in English (B2 level) – mandatory.
* Salary range from 5 600 to 9 000 PLN gross – depending on experience
