Founding Engineer

What you'll do:

• Build the core product, including backend infrastructure, frontend platform, APIs, and integrations with clinical partners.
• Make critical decisions on architecture, security, and scalability to ensure HIPAA compliance, reliability, and high system performance.
• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into fast, intuitive, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Build, manage, and document a robust, sustainable codebase across the full stack.
• Work closely with product, design, operations, and clinical teams to ship impactful features fast.
• Contribute to business strategy, prioritization, and product planning.
• Serve as a technical voice in executive decisions and help define our technology roadmap.

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer (preferably in early-stage environments and with healthcare experience)
• Prior experience growing with an early-stage start-up with a fast growing culture and high engineering bar
• Healthcare experience and familiarity with HIPAA and clinical preferred
• Proficient across the stack (open to either frontend or backend leaning candidates) with experience designing systems as an architect
• Understands how to manage design trade offs and when to take on technical debt
• Strong mission alignment and a desire to make a real impact for those suffering
• High degree of ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity
