Position:
FPGA Engineer programmer

• Development and optimization of FPGA solutions for thermal imaging and digital devices, including the implementation of image processing algorithms, support for two sensors, high-speed interfaces, and improvement of the device’s overall image pipeline.
• Implementation and optimization of image processing algorithms on FPGA (filtering, NUC correction, stream synchronization).
• Implementation of algorithms developed in Python/MATLAB into RTL logic.
• Modelling and verification of image processing algorithms in Python.
• Development and optimization of thermal imaging processing pipeline (latency, throughput, memory bandwidth).
• Working with dual-sensor systems (thermal + digital / stereo / fusion): frame synchronisation/pre-processing
• Development and debugging of interfaces:
  • MIPI CSI-2 / DSI
  • working with external and internal memory (DDR, SRAM, Hyper
    
    RAM, FIFO)
• Integration FPGA with SoC / CPU (AXI, DMA, shared memory).
• Optimisation of FPGA resource utilisation and power consumption

• Python — for modelling, prototyping, and validating algorithms.
• Understanding of RTL design principles, timing, and pipelining.
• Image Processing practical experience in implementing:
  • filters (spatial/temporal)
  • non-uniformity correction (NUC)
  • demosaicing/resampling
  • image fusion/preprocessing
• Experience in optimizing the image pipeline for real time.
• Written and verbal Russian, English, Level B1+.

• 18000 – 28000 PLN (4200 – 6500 EUR) (with monthly bonus included) before taxes.
