* Education:

Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

* Experience:

Strong background in designing or leading technical projects in the automotive industry, with problem-solving skills.
* Problem-Solving Expertise:
Proficiency in root cause analysis (D-FMEA) to address design, manufacturing, and quality challenges.
* Technical Proficiency:
+ Expertise in developing technical specifications and understanding automotive standards (ASPICE/ASIL is a plus).  + Proficiency in 3D modeling using CATIA V5.  + Excellent knowledge of technical drawing with GD&T standard.
* System Integration:
Knowledge of hardware/software development and system engineering.
* Language:
Fluency in English;
German or French proficiency is a bonus.## ##

***** Design and architect eMotor systems / subsystems, ensuring compliance with customer and industry requirements.
* Address Critical Challenges:
Use root cause analysis to solve design issues.
* Identify and correct design weaknesses through data-driven analysis, ensuring high-performance eMotors.
* Act as the technical point of contact for global customers and internal teams.
* Mentor team members, review designs, and ensure quality and compliance.
* Oversee product testing, analyze performance data, and propose improvements based on root cause findings.
* Ensure technical documentation meets high standards of accuracy and compliance.##
