** Why This Role Matters:
** This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations by delivering engineering solutions for production equipment and processes across manufacturing facilities in EMEA. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing systems across critical areas such as Mixing, Component Preparation or Curing.

* What You’ll Do:
*** Lead and support capital projects from specification and design through onsite installation and commissioning in EMEA
* Support technology projects by developing technical solutions aligned with product and process requirements
* Provide manufacturing plant support by collecting and analyzing data to support operational decisions
* Coordinate project activities to ensure compliance with global Goodyear standards
* Collaborate with regional teams to identify, develop, and implement best practices across EMEA plants
* Manage project execution using structured tools, including risk identification and mitigation
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with equipment suppliers and external partners

* What We’re Looking For:
***
* Basic qualifications:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Science/Technology/Engineering field), with 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project environments
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and work with plant/machinery layouts
* Experience working with vendors and supporting equipment specification, installation, and commissioning
* Experience in cross-functional project delivery within manufacturing environments
* Good communication skills in English

* Preferred qualifications:
*** Experience with CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical) and knowledge of machinery systems including PLCs, sensors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
* Understanding of machine safety standards, risk assessments, and functional safety principles
