- Lead and organize the daily work of the electrical testing team (up to 4 employees)
- Plan activities and monitor progress to ensure timely project execution
- Provide technical support during start-up and commissioning of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot systems such as switchboards, control cabinets, and VFD drives
- Ensure top-quality standards and compliance with technical documentation and company procedures
- Participate in certification processes in line with classification society requirements
- Configure and parameterize frequency converters and related equipment
- Prepare and manage as-built documentation
- Perform electrical measurements and testing on site
- Promote and maintain high HSE standards
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the department
- MSc or BSc degree in Electrical or Control Engineering
- Experience in testing and/or design of electrical systems
- Knowledge of electrical drive systems (an advantage)
- Previous experience in team leadership (an advantage)
- Communicative level of English and Polish
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Employment contract or B2B contract
