* About The Role:

** We are seeking a
** Quality Engineer
** with aerospace experience to support quality assurance activities across production and transition projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring product and process compliance, driving quality improvements, and leading quality-related tasks during project transitions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to support smooth launch and transfer activities.## ##

* What You Will Do:

*** Lead quality activities for aerospace transition projects from planning through implementation
* Support new product and process transfers, including readiness reviews and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and aerospace quality requirements
* Develop and maintain quality documentation, control plans, inspection plans, and related records
* Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for internal and external issues
* Conduct product and process audits, inspections, and verification activities
* Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support on-time project launch
* Review drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to confirm compliance
* Support supplier quality activities and follow up on nonconformances as needed
* Participate in continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve process capability
* Support customer visits, audits, and quality reviews##

* What You Will Need:

*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related field preferred
* 3 to 5 years of quality engineering experience  in aerospace or a highly regulated manufacturing environment
* Experience supporting transition projects, new product introduction, or product/process transfer
* Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FAI requirements
* Knowledge and experience with AS9100 quality management system requirements
* Knowledge and experience with Part 21 requirements in aerospace manufacturing or certification environment
* Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and customer requirements
* Experience with root cause analysis tools and corrective action methods
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and quality-related documentation systems## ##
