Engineer - Avaya; Telecommunications

The Voice Support Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality support and operational solutions within the Voice
- Avaya domain. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing voice applications, ensuring they meet organizational standards for quality, time, and cost.

• Develop and implement code for Voice
  - Avaya applications based on project requirements, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Voice
  - Avaya systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients to understand and implement new feature requests, enhancing existing voice applications to meet evolving needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development work and operational procedures related to Voice
  - Avaya projects.

• Basic understanding of Voice Avaya technologies and frameworks.
• Familiarity with coding and scripting languages relevant to Voice application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting Voice systems and applications.
• Fundamental knowledge of documentation practices.
